hi, I AM aline.

A deeply devoted wife, a cheerleading, messy and full-permission-giving friend, a truth-seeker and always ready for a ride exploring the depth of my soul.

As a Nervous System Expert, Somatic Guide, Mentor, Certified Health Coach, and Teacher for other Space Holders, my work bridges somatic trauma healing, emotional regulation, and authentic intimacy - guiding women home to themselves, others, and God.

Since 2019, I’ve supported women in returning to their true essence and soul mission through somatics and sisterhood medicine. Sisters of Union is the evolution of that devotion and our previous membership, the School of Light.
A home for women ready to create new pathways for love, truth, and deep soul connection.

After leaving Germany in 2016 to travel, I now live in Austin, Texas with my husband, where our marriage is a daily practice of union - truth-based communication, self-responsibility, regulation and choosing love through discomfort. He’s held by his brotherhood, I’m held by my sisterhood, and together we are held by something Greater than ourselves. That’s our foundation.

In sisterhood, I hold space that is pure medicine for all parts of us that usually try to hide. I’ll meet you with compassion and call you forward into your deepest truth and highest power. And we do this for each other.

I believe that connection is our greatest medicine in times of distortion, fear, and separation, and I want all women walking this path of truth to be connected in deep soul-fulfilling sisterhood.
